Every call an agency places is on behalf of somebody else. Onyx keeps each client's caller ID, identity and results separate — one dialer, a roster of campaigns, nothing crossing over by accident.
Built for sales floors across insurance, real estate, recruiting, lending, collections & agencies.
LIVE SESSION — no calls placed, no account needed, all numbers on screen are fictional
Local-presence caller ID, matched to the area you're calling and rotated automatically.
Decided in under a second — everything downstream depends on this one read.
Your message plays after the beep. You're already on the next call before it finishes.
Live transcription and objection coaching start the moment they say hello.
The outcome is recorded and the line moves to the next number. Compliance ran before any of this.
"It shouldn't feel like software. It should feel like the best rep on the floor never stops working."
— Why we built Onyx Dialer
A call placed for a client that opens with the agency's own name is a call that starts on the wrong foot — the lead has never heard of you, and now has to work out who they're actually talking to. Onyx's identity block carries an "on behalf of" field per campaign, so the script, the caller ID and the disclosure all name the real client being represented, every time.
A roster of clients means a roster of lists running in parallel. Onyx detects the machine on each line independently, drops that campaign's message, and moves straight to the next number — so ten campaigns dial at the pace of one attentive rep, not one-tenth the speed each.
A single shared caller ID burning across every client's leads is how one bad list gets an entire roster flagged as spam. Onyx assigns and rotates numbers per campaign, so a problem on one client's list stays contained to that client.
"Which client is this for." "We handle this in-house." "We already have someone." The call is transcribed live, and the response — usually some version of naming the real client and the real result — is on screen while the lead is still talking.
Every dial, disposition and callback is logged against the campaign it belongs to, so a client update is a filter, not a spreadsheet rebuilt from call logs the night before the check-in.
Playbooks holds a separate script per client account, so the live coach reaches for the right one instead of guessing which campaign this call is for. Every call is recorded and searchable, so new reps ramp by pulling up exactly how a top rep handled a client's specific objections before they're on a live client's list.
Do-not-call suppression runs per client before every dial — one client's opt-outs never bleed into another's list. Calling hours are enforced in the called party's timezone, not the agency's.
Recording notices are prepended where all-party consent applies, correctly disclosing which client the call is for. None of it is a switch a busy account manager can turn off to hit a deadline.
Yes. Numbers, identity, and the "on behalf of" disclosure are set per campaign, so nothing from one client's outreach shows up on another's.
No. Calling, numbers and messaging are provisioned with the account, across every campaign you run.
A simulated session on the sign-in page runs entirely in your browser — no account, no calls placed.
